 Zakat Ul-Fitr

 The amount for Zakat Ul-Fitr is between 7 and 15 dollars. The amount of  the Zakat is subject to change depending of the cost of living in the  particular location.

 Fear And Hope 

 Fear and hope have been put together in human nature. Both delimit their  thoughts, character, conduct, and goals, and the very direction of their  lives. O' Lord, we hope that all mankind may live peaceful, and enjoy  all human rights as a symbol of security, knowledge, freedom, justice,  equity, moral conscience and love, but not be confront with any kind of  danger, or harm or destruction or feeling of fear for this year, and for  all years to come, Ameen.
 
Indeed, thoughts shape character. He/she whose thoughts are occupied  with expectations of wealth, position, power, etc. are he/she goals, and  this basis directs he/she activities toward these goals. O Thou Entrust me with anything of my own affair and insight in my religion, Ameen.
 

 Acknowledge Of Kindness

 Our brother Amer A. AL-Zubaidi, one of the editors of this newsletter,  is deeply grateful and very thankful on behalf his family, for all acts  of kindness and love shown during the time of grief and sadness on the  occasion of the death of his mother, Hajjia Om Yarub, Shahai Sheikh Ali  AL-Fartousi. O' Lord, reward them for their goodness and give grace to  establish Thy Way and grant them prosperity in this word and in the  hereafter, Ameen.
 

 The Right Of Kindness
 
The right of him/her who does a kind act toward you is that you thank  him/her and mention his/her kindness; you reward him/her with beautiful  words and you supplicate for him/her sincerely in that which is between  you and the Almighty. If you do that, you have thanked him/her secretly  and openly. Then, if you are able to repay him/her one day, you repay  him/her.

 Hadith

 Nabiy Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Waalihi Wasalam) said:
 "Five characteristics that never coexist except in a true believer  (because of them the Almighty will  (enter) him in paradise):  Enlightenment in the heart; Understanding in Islam; Fearing the  Almighty; Love in people's hearts; and, Beautiful, glowing face."  "Be Merciful to people on earth, and you will be entitled for the mercy  of Him Who is in the heavens."
 

The Sweet Month

 The relationship between the Almighty Lord and His Creatures is that the  creature's own best interests. O Lord, the blessed month of Ramadhan has  stayed with us in a praiseworthy manner and has provided us with  pleasant companionships, and has benefited us with the most excellent  grace in this world. Now it has departed. O' Lord, make our heart clean,  and let us continue to be pleasing to You in all our endeavors. BEST  WISHES FOR THE EID Al-Fitr Al-Mubarak TO ALL MUSLIMS, AMEEN.
